den sianz at wrk lor, quite piss of with the new girl la. teach her liao, she didnt wrote it down and say i never teach her before, kuku~ she can be another DaJie lor, thing very messy and untidy. make the email messy and want to send it out, alamak, using my name leh, i still wan face de lor. den type a very long hand over list, wait for last day ask her to sign to prove that i got teach her everything that i should do. finally shirley back to office from site, gossip with her during lunch time. i reely envy our operations staff, when they tender, they told our VP that they are underpay, they will get increment and withdrawn their resignation. den some staff say they dun like their Team Manager, den can transfer to another Team Manager. but for us, dun like also need to LL, haiz .. same ppl nt the same fate. today get 2 example, one site staff tender, told VP she tink she underpay, den increment $300 den she stay on. another staff say she dun like her current TM, wanna change to another TM, who is a handsome, rich and single guy, of cos our VP transfer her to the site .. f**king kuku ..

still rem tat time my manager "threathen" say either mi or my officer can get the waive off notice, i give up by paying the salary in lieu, but in the end, she did waive off her notice period. she need to work till her last day. WTF~ i thought of going to talk to her but my officer and payroll ask mi not to go, i cant fight with them, they gt backup .. ya, they play political... very piss off with her.
